before—

making an appointment

  • all appointment requests will be reviewed and approved in the order they are RECEIVED

  • please allow 48-72 hours for any responses to your text, e-mail, direct message, or APPOINTMENT request

  • all new clients must book a in person or digital consultation prior to booking their first appointment

cancellation policy

  • we require a minimum of 48 hour notice for cancellations and rescheduling

  • if you need to cancel or reschedule our appointment and you miss the 48 hour cut off window, a cancellation fee of 50% of your total service will be charged and must be paid before you are able to book your next appointment


during—

how to arrive for your appointment

  • please come to your appointment with clean + dry hair

  • if receiving a grey coverage service, please do not have any temporary root coverage spray on your hair, as it may affect your color

running late

  • if it should happen that you are running late to our appointment, please contact me to let me know

  • for any reason you are running 15 minutes or more behind, we will need reschedule your appointment, and the cancellation fee of 50% of your total service will be charged


sanitation

the following steps are being followed inside of the studio—

  • all surfaces will be disinfected between each client

  • all tools will be disinfected between each client

  • all service capes will be disinfected and sanitized for each client

  • hand sanitizer will be readily available at all times

  • alcohol wipes are also available to sanitize your cell phone upon request
